How do I know my size?
We are currently working on a size chart. In the meantime, you can find the model's measurements in the product description to help you choose the right size. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us on social media, we're happy to help!
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my Persuit item?
If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, you can return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. You can find our return policy HERE
Do I have shipping costs for my return?
Yes, you are the one responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps outlined in our return policy.
Is there a possibility to exchange an item?
Of course! If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return the one you don’t want. Once it arrives back at Persuit, it will be checked and approved. After approval, you’ll receive a refund. You can then place a new order on our website yourself!
Orders
I've placed an order but haven’t received an order confirmation email?
If you’ve placed an order and paid for it but haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us at officialpersuit@gmail.com, and we’ll help verify your order status.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can add or remove items from your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Simply email us at officialpersuit@gmail.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. We’ll adjust your order and either send an invoice or process a refund as needed.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at officialpersuit@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please email officialpersuit@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. We’ll do our best to assist you.
What if I receive the wrong item?
